Shipping policy

·       Shipping is free for all orders over R2,500 anywhere in South Africa.  For orders below R2,500 the delivery fee is R250.

·       Large goods like pipe cannot be shipped with courier, but if you fall within the delivery area of any one of our branches, we can deliver it with our own delivery vehicles, or you are more than welcome to collect this from any one of our locations.  Please contact the branch closest to you if you are unsure. 

·        We do not currently ship internationally.

·        Order dispatch times, if all ordered lines are in stock:

o   Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

o   Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following working day. 

o   Orders received on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

o   Should your order contain something we don't currently have in stock, we will ship it within 2-3 working days.  We will communicate any delays with you. 

o   Once your order has been handed over to our courier, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner with a tracking number where you can track the progress of your shipment.

·        General notes on delivery:

o   We endeavor to always meet the best and fastest delivery time. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding.

o   We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.

o   We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.
