Solvent weld PVC fittings create permanent, chemically bonded joints in all PVC pipe for buried irrigation main lines, sub-mains and municipal reticulation. Applied with solvent cement, each fitting fuses molecularly with the pipe wall to form a joint that is stronger than the pipe itself and immune to the pressure surges and vibration that can loosen compression or threaded fittings over time.
